Cookie Notice

This Cookie Notice explains how Vizorent Ltd, operating Veggeo^™, uses cookies and similar technologies on Veggeo websites and connected web pages where those technologies are used, including veggeo.com, veggeo.eco, veggeo.app, and their relevant subdomains (the “Site”), and when the Site is displayed inside our mobile apps.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you use a website. They can enable functionality, remember preferences, and help a website understand how visitors use it. Similar web technologies include browser local storage and pixels. Native-app storage and software development kit (SDK) technologies are not browser cookies; Section 5 explains how they relate to this Notice.

2. Categories of Cookies We Use

• Strictly Necessary – enable indispensable site features (e.g. page navigation and storing your banner choice). These cannot be disabled via our banner.
• Functionality – may enable optional Site features you choose, such as language or custom interface settings. This category is currently inactive and cannot be enabled.
• Analytics – help us measure Site traffic and usage so we can improve it. We currently use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) only after you enable Analytics.
• Advertising – may, if introduced, support relevant advertising, frequency limits, and advertising measurement. This category is currently inactive and cannot be enabled.
• Security – may protect against malicious activity and maintain session integrity. No separate Security-category cookies are currently set, and optional security storage cannot be enabled. A future technology that is strictly necessary to secure a service you request may operate without consent where the law permits; we would identify it as Strictly Necessary rather than optional.

3. Cookies Currently Configured

GA4 is loaded and its Analytics cookies are set only if you click “Accept all” or enable Analytics. The stated GA4 lifetimes are Google's defaults; browser controls may shorten them.
No cookies are currently in use for Functionality, Advertising, or Security.

Third‑party providers that set cookies on our Site act as our processors or independent controllers under their own privacy policies. See the Google Privacy Policy for details.

4. Managing Your Preferences

When you first visit the Site, a banner lets you choose:

• Accept all – enables every currently available optional category.
• Reject all – denies every optional category; only Strictly Necessary cookies remain.
• Manage individual preferences – lets you toggle individual categories.

You can revisit your choices anytime by clicking “Cookie Settings” in the website footer. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect Site functionality. To opt‑out of Google Analytics globally, install the Google Analytics Opt‑out Add‑on.

Before you make a choice, optional analytics, advertising, personalisation, and functionality technologies remain disabled. At present, only Analytics can be enabled, and only when you choose to allow it. Google Analytics is not loaded until you give that permission. A Strictly Necessary cookie is used to remember your cookie choices.

We currently require consent before enabling Analytics or any other optional storage or access technology.

5. Mobile App Context

If the Site opens inside Veggeo’s mobile apps (for example, in an embedded browser view), these website cookie controls apply in that web context. Native-app features may instead use device storage, permissions, SDK identifiers, or similar technologies for requested and operational app functions. These are not controlled by the website cookie banner and are addressed separately in our Privacy Policy.

Website cookie choices and native-app privacy choices are separate unless the App expressly states that they are linked. Optional native-app Analytics storage remains disabled unless you enable Analytics through the App's privacy controls.

6. Updates to This Notice

We will post changes to this Cookie Notice here. If a change affects your existing choices or requires new consent, we will refresh the banner or otherwise ask you to choose again.
